Liya 3.3m-4.3m Aluminum Rib Boats are rubber boats can load 5-7 persons with a single outboard motor 30-51HP, adopt international first-class HYPALON or PVC pontoon, closed inflation chambers and inflation devices.
I. Key Points for Safety Operation
Pre-sailing Inspection
Confirm that the air chamber pressure meets the standard (according to the manufacturer's recommended value), and check whether the hull, air valve, and seams are leaking or damaged.
Check whether the drain plug on the bottom of the boat is closed and whether the life-saving equipment (life jackets, fire extinguishers, flares, etc.) is complete.
Ensure that the engine oil level and cooling system are normal, and the propeller is free of entanglements.
Precautions during navigation
Observe the load limit to avoid overloading and causing the hull to be unbalanced.
Avoid sailing in bad weather (strong winds and waves, low visibility), maintain a reasonable speed during sailing, and reduce sharp turns or high-speed collision surges.
Passengers need to be evenly distributed to avoid concentrating on one side.
Emergency treatment
If the air chamber leaks, stop sailing immediately and dock nearby, and use repair tools for temporary treatment. When the hull is flooded, turn on the drainage pump to keep the bow facing the waves to prevent capsizing.
2. Daily maintenance measures
Hull maintenance
Aluminum alloy part: rinse salt with fresh water, check corrosion and scratches regularly, and repaint and prevent rust in time.Inflatable air chamber: avoid exposure to sunlight or long-term pressure, keep it in a semi-pressurized state during storage; use special detergent to clean stains, and do not use sharp tools or chemical solvents.
Engine maintenance
Flush the cooling pipe with fresh water after each use to prevent salt crystallization and blockage.
Regularly replace engine oil and filter element, and check the sealing of fuel pipe.
Storage requirements
When parked for a long time, the hull needs to be dry and ventilated to avoid high temperature or humid environment.
Inflate the air chamber to 50%~70% of the recommended pressure to reduce material fatigue.
Regular inspection
Check the air chamber joints and valve sealing every quarter, and replace aging rubber strips if necessary.
Professional inspection of hull structure and welding points every year to ensure no structural damage.
