This structure makes the hull have sufficient strength and rigidity after being inflated, while being safe, light, and easy to carry and transport used for saving lives during surfing water sport or natural disasters that are related to water like flood, tsunami, etc.
Liya rescue inflatable boats consists of different air chamber, heavy-duty interior, V-keel and many other options to ensure effective and safe rescue operations.

Liya 6-7.5 Meter Inflatable Hypalon Boat Safety & Operational Guidelines
Safety Operation
Pre-Use Inspection
Before inflating, examine the hull, seams, and valves for cracks or wear, and ensure air pressure aligns with the manual’s specifications. Verify all safety gear (whistles, signal lights, lifelines) is present and that manual/auto-inflation systems work properly.
Inflation & Loading
Avoid overinflation (to prevent bursting) or underinflation (to avoid deformation), and keep clear of sharp objects. Strictly follow weight limits, distribute passengers evenly, and prohibit standing/jumping to prevent capsizing.
Emergency Response
If a leak occurs, immediately apply a repair patch and prioritize evacuation to safety. In rough seas, stabilize the boat using paddles or an anchor, and steer clear of obstacles to avoid punctures.
Maintenance
Rinse with freshwater post-use, dry with a soft cloth, and avoid prolonged sun/ moisture exposure. Clean stains with pH-neutral detergent only—never harsh chemicals.
Store fully dried, folded along original creases to prevent material fatigue, or keep partially inflated. Conduct monthly pressure checks, quarterly valve tests, and annual inflation tests to patch minor holes.
