Key points for safe operation
Inspection before use
Before inflation, check whether the hull, seams, and valves are damaged or aged, and confirm that the air pressure meets the standard (refer to the manual).
Ensure that the life-saving equipment (whistle, signal light, lifeline) is complete and the manual/automatic inflation device functions normally.
Inflation and load
Avoid over-inflation (anti-burst) or under-inflation (anti-deformation), and stay away from sharp objects.
Strictly follow the load limit, evenly distribute personnel, and prohibit standing or jumping to prevent capsizing.
Emergency
If there is a leak, immediately use a patch to temporarily seal it and evacuate to a safe area first.
Keep the hull upright when encountering wind and waves, use oars or anchors to stabilize the direction, and avoid being pierced by obstacles.
Daily maintenance measures
Cleaning and drying
After use, rinse the salt/sand with fresh water, wipe dry with a soft cloth, and avoid exposure to the sun or long-term moisture to cause material aging.
Do not use chemical solvents for cleaning, only use neutral detergent to gently wipe stains.
Storage management
Dry completely before storage, avoid hard folding when folding, and store according to the original folding mark to prevent material fatigue.
Keep it semi-inflated or folded loosely, and unfold it regularly for ventilation to prevent adhesion and mold.
Regular maintenance
Check the air pressure every month, test the valve sealing every quarter, and replace the aging rubber strip in time.
Perform inflation test every year, repair tiny holes.
